Hellyers Road Distillery offer an Australian Single Malt whisky created in Tasmania, under the brand name of "Hellyers Road". With whisky maturing in oak casks under bond, we present "Hellyers Road" as being new and unique, as well as maintaining the heritage that are implicit in the Distillery's look and feel. "Hellyers Road" offers the whisky drinker a genuine alternative to the 'familiar' old brands already in the marketplace.
Locally owned and managed, Hellyers Road Distillery refines malted barley, water and yeast; ingredients that reflect the cleanest air, roaring 40s water, and the World Heritage natural values of the Tasmanian Wilderness.
These ideals are mirrored in the sheer beauty of our malt whisky's colour.
At Hellyers Road, we also use our distillery to produce a premium Vodka, also possessing three key criteria; it is made from barley, it is triple distilled and it is charcoal filtered.
Importantly, "Hellyers Road" delivers a most significant marketing opportunity as it is the only Malt Whisky available from Tasmania in commercial quantities that can be consistently supplied and reliably sold in domestic and international markets.
